These terms govern your use of our ride-hailing platform, whether you use it as a rider or a driver. Please read them carefully; by creating an account or booking a trip you agree to them.
Using the service
- You must be legally able to enter into a contract and provide accurate account information.
- Your account is personal to you; keep your login details secure.
- You agree to use the service lawfully and to treat drivers and riders with respect.
Bookings and fares
Fares are calculated from the distance, time and the pricing plan set for your zone, and the estimate is shown before you confirm. Tolls, taxes and applicable surcharges may be added. You agree to pay the fare for every trip you take through the platform.
Cancellations
You may cancel a booking before a driver is assigned at no charge. A cancellation fee may apply once a driver is on the way, as shown in the app.
Drivers
Drivers are independent providers who must hold the required licences and documents. Drivers are responsible for their vehicles, their conduct and compliance with local law.
Our role
We provide the technology that connects riders and drivers. While we screen drivers and work to keep every trip safe, we are not the provider of the transport itself.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the trip in question. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
